It has recently been updated inside and out to provide the very best experience for your family vacation. This home is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in the exclusive community of Paradise Pointe. The home is 1820sf (not including the converted garage/game room) and sleeps 12 people comfortably. Upstairs this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and downstairs there is a large bedroom suite with its own entrance. The downstairs suite is perfect for teenagers, grandparents or adults wanting a little privacy. It has a queen size bed and an additional living area with a 65” Samsung 4K smart Tv. The garage has been converted to a game room with a foosball table, a ping pong table, a soft tip dart board and more fun games for kids and adults. It also has a wall mounted 75” Samsung 4K smart TV. You could also fold up the ping pong table and park a vehicle inside of you wish. This game room is tons of fun and opens up to the patio entertainment area. Speaking of, one of our favorite features is the amazing downstairs patio area with a 55” Sunbright outdoor TV and Apple TV device. The patio has a new outdoor living room set, 6-person dining table as well as additional seating for everyone to enjoy the beautiful Port A weather. The potted tropical plants are on drip irrigation to provide one amazing feeling of a private oasis. A new high-end propane grill is also provided with everything needed to grill fish, chicken or steak. A short 1-minute walk around the community pond brings you to the large community pool. Walking up the steps will take you to the front porch and entrance to the main house. The front door opens to the great room. The entire space has been ship lapped and tastefully decorated to give a sense of relaxation and peacefulness. The kitchen is fully equipped. Multiple sets of dishes for indoor and outdoor use, plenty of cups for kids and adults as well as Alclad pots and pans, a rice maker, Margarita machine, XL air fryer, modern appliances and everything else needed to cook every meal if needed. We also provided a large selection of cookbooks for coastal living meals. The dining room has seating for 8 and an additional 4 more seats at the kitchen island. New stainless appliances and granite countertops are surround by the shaker style cabinets. The living room features a 65” Samsung 4K smart TV with premium Samsung Dolby Atmos sound bar with subwoofer. Enjoy sitting in the comfy top grain leather sofas and modern coastal furnishings. Family movie nights don’t get any better. The space also features vintage pieces like the surfboards from the early 80s and authentic boat ores from the 70s. This space is truly a great place for families to gather. The coffee table is easy to move so board games can be played on it or you can move it and make a pallet for the kids. Speaking of them… The kids custom built-in bunk room has 4 beds including 2 Full Beds and 2 Twins Beds. This room has a wall mounted 55” Samsung 4K smart tv and is loaded with board games as well. This room was decorated by our kids and we hope your kids enjoy it as well We think they will love the layout. The second bedroom upstairs features a queen size bed with a unique paddle headboard and a rustic beach shack feel. The space has a green Italian leather chair, wall mounted 55” Samsung 4K smart tv and more unique vintage pieces. Perfect for a couple or more kiddos. The final upstairs bedroom is the master bedroom suite. This room features a king size bed and has more of a traditional coastal home feel. The entire room has been ship lapped and features custom art as well as a wall mounted 65” Samsung 4K Smart TV with Sonos 7.2 Dolby Atmos sound system. All 7 beds have brand new quality mattresses. There is also a laundry room located upstairs with front loading washer and dryer, ironing board, Dyson vacuum and other miscellaneous items are located here as well. The front and back porches are great for morning coffee and watching the evening sunsets. Additional benefits include high speed internet and Wi-Fi as well as cable tv and apps on all TVs. We love this area because of the safe community feel. Our kids love riding bikes around the neighborhood. Property is NOT within the Port A golf cart accessible zone Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in. Property Manager rental agreement required upon booking. No pets allowed. Parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat. No parking in street or grass Laundry detergent not provided.
