Condo/Resort amenities include: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom -- 1 King bed & pull out queen sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 4), 2 Smart TV’s (streaming only), WIFI available, multiple heated pools, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, elevators, multiple on-site restaurants venues, and Bailey’s Marketplace (for light grocery needs). No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
