This condo boasts 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and all the bedrooms offer their own master bedroom suite each with their own large private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. All bedrooms & bathrooms have been completely updated and boasting truly luxurious upgrades and features! The massive living & dining area overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with expansive views from the top floor and offers an open floor plan just off the huge walk-in kitchen. This unit also comes with a private & renovated beachfront cabana that has a toilet, shower and kitchenette as well as storage for all necessary beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Sanibel Surfside 231 has everything & more that you’ll need for your next island getaway destination! Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6 people MAX), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle board courts, elevators, covered parking, private beachside cabana. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. 7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a STRICT maximum occupancy of 6 people. While we’re working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by the end of 2025/early 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed. Sanibel Surfside guests may use the pool at Pelican’s Roost complex (next door) while the Sanibel Surfside pool remains closed! Elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment will begin approx. 2/15/26 but schedule may be subject to change. Elevators will be out of service for 10-12 days. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex.
