This is a delightfully coastal decorated 3/2 first-floor condo, located conveniently on Station St. in Port A. As soon as you step into the living area you are going to be in awe of the beautiful furnishings that surround you. The living, dining, and kitchen areas an open concept areas, and the whole family can enjoy each other’s company. The living area has 2 comfy sofas, 2 great side chairs, a coffee table, an end table w/ lamp, a smart TV, and WIFI. The generous size dining table has seating for 6 w/ 4 additional barstools at the kitchen bar. There is a buffet with a coffee bar that has both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig-style coffee maker. The kitchen is well supplied with sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you will need to prepare all your gourmet meals. BD1) is located off the living area in the front of the condo, it has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, lamps, a closet, smart TV, and WIFI. BD2) is next door with 2 sets of bunk beds, one with a twin over a full, the other with a twin over a twin, a closet, smart TV, and WIFI. BA1) is next to the bedroom, it has a tub/shower combo and a sink with a granite countertop. Back on the other end of the condo is a hallway off the kitchen that leads to the master. Located in a closet in the hallway is a full-size washer & dryer for your use. Down the hall is BD3) the master, complete with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, closet, smart TV, and WIFI. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower, and double sinks with granite countertops. Outside the kitchen is a nice little patio with lights, chairs, tables, and a sunshade to block the sun.
