The Villa is situated in Prodromos, one of the most renowned and picturesque villages in the Cyclades. Nestled in a privileged location on the outskirts of the village, it enjoys a peaceful setting with very few houses nearby. Just a short distance above the villa, you’ll find the renowned Byzantine path that connects Prodromos to the village of Lefkes. This thousand-year-old path passes through scenic vineyards and olive groves, culminating near the property.
While relaxing by the private pool in the outdoor area, you’ll be captivated by the stunning and diverse views. The villa’s outdoor area, with its private pool and spacious terrace, offers multiple views. In the distance, a glimpse of the aegean sea stretches out, with the island of Naxos visible on the horizon. To your right, the 16th-century monastery of Agios Antonios stands proudly atop Kefalos Hill. As night falls, the twinkling lights of Prodromos create a magical ambiance, making evenings by the pool truly unforgettable.
The villa’s central location makes it ideal for exploring Paros. It is just 10 km from the lively town of Naousa and a short drive from popular beaches like Molos and Logaras, as well as quaint villages such as Marpissa and Piso Livadi. At the same time, the villa offers the serenity of a private retreat, while being only a short walk from the cobbled alleys, charming churches, and traditional tavernas of Prodromos — including local favorites like Tsitsanis, Byzantine, and Artistic Café.
Local amenities are also within easy reach. Along the nearby Marpissa–Naousa main road, you’ll find a mini market, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, and other essentials — everything you might need during your stay, without the hassle of long drives or parking concerns.
The residence is an independent property set on a private plot of 500 square meters, with a total interior living space of 70 square meters, all arranged on one level. Located on the ground floor, the main house features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Large balcony doors and a separate entrance provide direct access to the outdoor pool area.
The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, closet, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also enjoys direct access to a private veranda and the pool area through sliding doors. The second bedroom is also fitted with a queen-size bed, closet, and air conditioning, and has a private bathroom with a shower, along with direct access to the outdoor pool area.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lounge area, a shaded dining area under a pergola, an external shower, and a beautifully maintained garden. The pool measures 4 by 8 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters.
