An en-suite bathroom for your convenience features premium marble countertops, a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins. The tranquil scenery featuring the resort view from your bedroom will make you reluctant to leave so if you’re looking to stay in, you can still enjoy tanning on the balcony on the comfy sunbeds while devouring the view from the comfort of your own home. The Second Bedroom with similar style features a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and a basin. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests’ checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.
