Walkable to many local attractions. Max occupancy including infants is 6 per HOA rules. Once booked guests must register with our association. We will facilitate this. You must provide: Names of each guest, one contact phone number, make and model of vehicles. PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING REQUIRES GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more. We live locally and are available when needed. You can walk out your living room to your private patio which overlooks Lake Charlevoix and the shared condo pool (available Memorial Day through mid September). There is also a private association beach on Lake Charlevoix. A wonderful spot to swim with the family while on vacation. Rentals in June-Labor Day require a 5 day minimum. Boat slip available for rent, please inquire as there are regulations that must be agreed upon before boat can be launched. (max 25’ LOA, no pontoon boats) This is a no smoking, no pets (association rules), no party condo. Garage, condo entrance and patio are private.
