This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A spacious two bedroom walk out waterfront condo located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Located a walkable distance to East Jordan and drivable to Boyne Mountain and Charlevoix this location is ideal for your Up North vacation.
The condo is spacious and well stocked to meet your needs as a traveler. We want you to be comfortable and this place will feel like a home away from home.
Parking is free and is first come first serve on spot location.
We live locally and are available in person for emergencies. Otherwise we are always available by phone.

Guest has full access to the condo. The lawn and beach area are shared.
There is a private patio with a grill and two chairs.
No access to boat slip.
The condo is a main floor walk out to the lake from your living room condo.
It has two separate bedrooms with a queen and two twin beds respectively.
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and equipped with a pull-out queen couch.
The bedrooms both have smart TV’s as well as the living room. Sign in with your own log-ins on the Roku TVs.
Outdoors there is a small patio that is yours. The lawn, docks, beach and firepit are all shared areas in the condo complex. The beach is private and only for condo users. You also have access to two kayaks. Life jackets provided.
