Located in the heart of downtown Boyne City. You can walk everywhere. You are located above a hip salon and spa, next door to a Latin restaurant on one side and cute boutique on the other. Walk to the water in a block, get ice cream, end your night on your private deck watching the sun set over Lake Charlevoix.
An ideal location for family and gatherings of friends. Spacious layout with Master bed in the front of the home overlooking Main Street. Watch the 4th of July parade or Boyne Thunder!
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
We live about 1/2 mile away and can be available if needed. Otherwise we give you your space and have a self check in system in place.
Walkable is an understatement! You are on the main street of downtown. Walk everywhere and we have 2 off street parking spaces available for you to use. Should you need more street parking is free.
Great coffee a block away! Public park across the street. Shopping, dining, grocery, beach, bike path all very accessible.
No worries about noise here- You’re above a salon that closes at 9pm and bars and restraunts all close before midnight.
A new bike path was just put in this May from Boyne City to Boyne Falls about a 6 mile trip one way. Many hiking trails a short distance away.
Boyne Mountain (golf and ski) is only 6 miles away.
Petoskey and Gaylord and Charlevoix all about 25 minutes away.
Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Guest parking along salon building ( 2 spots available) overflow lot 1 block away.
You are on the main street with all the action- very little need for a car if you’re planning to stay in Boyne during your trip.
You have a private entrance to your condo from your off-street parking spots right in front of the door (2 available). If you need more parking just ask there are public lots behind the condo.
Inside you are greeted with a mudroom and then head up a flight of stairs.
