At our luxurious vacation rental property, we understand the importance of seamless travel experiences. At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.
