Designed for comfort and privacy, the home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering space for families or groups to unwind in style.
Three King Suites – Two on the main level and one upstairs, each with a private ensuite bath.
Upstairs Bunk Room – Twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunks, with an adjoining full bath.
Lower-Level Bunk Room – Two twin-over-twin bunks with nearby full bath access.
Loft Lounge – A cozy reading nook with comfy seating and a Queen sleeper sofa.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional entertainment spaces:
A den with a large-screen TV and Queen sleeper sofa.
A game room packed with fun for all ages, including multiple game tables.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- PET FRIENDLY! This home allows mature well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25 per dog per night plus tax.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter and may be required in times of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 plus tax for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
