Complimentary spa heat is provided year round; however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions. Additional vehicles can be added for $25 each. Up to 6 vehicles are allowed, but motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted. This fee is listed as a line item in your rental agreement. BEACH EQUIPMENT Included with Your Stay: Basic Bundle March 1, 2026 - Oct 31, 2026 or Mar 1-Oct 29, 2027 • 4 Carry Chairs • 2 Adult Bikes • 1 Cornhole Set THE FINE PRINT • No Pets Allowed • No Smoking - Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1,000 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation. • Minimum age 25+ to rent • No events • Amenities are not guaranteed and may be changed, removed, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pool heaters, grills, and beach equipment. No compensation will be provided for unavailable or removed amenities. • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from cancellations, interruptions, and emergencies.
