Entry is self-check-in via a secure key lockbox located outside the building. You will receive detailed instructions and the access code prior to arrival for a smooth and flexible check-in process.
Please note that the person responsible for the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. This helps us ensure a respectful and calm environment for all guests and neighbors. We warmly welcome dinner gatherings between friends, as long as all guests are registered on the reservation. For security and insurance reasons, no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.
Please note that the washing machines are currently out of order and not usable. Additionally, one of the staircase steps is unfinished.
