Our 1400 square foot, two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath cabin is minutes from South Fork near the Rio Grande River.
We offer the perfect all-season escape only 4 miles from South Fork and 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Our home features a comfortable deck, an outdoor fire pit, and an optimal mountain ambiance. It is well-suited for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy all the San Juan Mountains have to offer.
Our cabin is furnished with quality rustic furnishings and mountain décor. It features a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and flat-screen TV in the main living space.

1st Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level Loft) with ensuite bathroom
Additional Note: There are exterior cameras. These are for liability and insurance purposes and are not monitored.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or the Christmas/New Years holiday).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
