Villa Pinta is a luxury property to rent located southwest of Mykonos.
It boasts a strategic position: in fact it is a short distance from the center of Mykonos and the most famous beaches of Platis Gialos and Psarou but at the same time offers relaxation and
tranquility being inserted in an exclusive private resort.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.
It is divided into three levels.
At the entrance we find the dining area, a living room overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also on this level a first double bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom.
On the upper level, two other double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms: one of these rooms has access to a private balcony, the other opens to the outside area.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Rental rules:
- Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
- The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
- A damage refundable deposit corresponding to the 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
- The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
- Services at extra cost:
- Pool preheating and Heating costs: Pool preheating and heating maintenance, are subject to charges.
- Helipad use costs: The use of Helipad for landing or parking is subject to charges.
