Living Room: The open plan living space seamlessly flows from the kitchen and dining area into the living room. Step into the living room on the main floor where expansive windows frame breathtaking views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort filling the space with ample natural lighting. Gather around for a family movie night in front of the cozy gas fireplace and SmartTV with Xfinity cable on one of the two comfy sofas or lounge chair. Making this the perfect spot to relax, making this the true heart of the home.
Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen features top of the line appliances and plenty of counterspace, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. Watch your group’s chef as they whip up the best meals while sitting in one of the four breakfast bar seats overlooking the kitchen. This home has a Keurig & traditional drip coffee maker in the kitchen.
Dining Room: Take a seat at the wood dining table with seating for 8 including bench seating. This area is elegantly lit with the unique chandelier above the dining table.

• Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, SmartTV, balcony access, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and his & her sinks.
• First Guest Bedroom: King size bed, closet, and gas fireplace. This room shares a bathroom on the main level including a single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Second Guest Bedroom: 2 Double beds, dresser, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, dresser, closet, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area: The private office has a queen sleeper sofa
Family Room: The downstairs family room is an entertainer’s dream offering a SmartTV, gas fireplace, and plenty of activities. Challenge your group to a game of billiards or foosball or mix up your favorite cocktails at the wet bar, complete with mini fridge and wine fridge. Whether you’re watching the big game or enjoying a laid-back evening, this space is designed for fun and relaxation. This area also has a queen sleeper sofa.
Outdoor Deck: Immerse yourselves in the stunning mountain views off the deck including a propane firepit, outdoor seating for 6, and a gas grill. The deck can be accessed from the sliding door in the living room.
Hot Tub: Enjoy soaking in the 6-person hot tub on the bottom floor patio with access from the family room.
Office Space: Just behind the dining table is the office space with queen-size sleeper sofa. This room includes double wooden doors for privacy, making this the perfect place for catching up on emails or for resting your eyes later in the evening.
Laundry Room: Located just off the kitchen you can find the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. You can find plenty of storage in the cupboards above the washer & dryer.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet friendly.
