Three of them boast king-sized beds, each adorned with luxurious linens and carefully curated decor. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, perfect for additional guests or family members. With two full bathrooms, convenience is never compromised. These elegant spaces feature beautifully tiled showers, adding a touch of luxury to your daily routine. The bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and well-lit, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Laundry facilities are also available, making longer visits a breeze. One of the highlights of this property is the gorgeous pool area. Whether you’re looking to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun, the pool with a tanning ledge and a deep end of 6ft provides the perfect setting. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a gas grill, ideal for outdoor cooking. There’s a large table where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the sweeping hill country views. And as the sun sets over the horizon, the beauty of Johnson City Limits truly comes to life. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning.
