Experience the magic of Brian Head at this 2 bedroom/3 bathroom modern-rustic ski lodge with loft. This top-floor condo was totally remodeled in 2019 and sleeps 12. It combines charming mountain coziness with elegance. Nestled at the base of Giant Steps Ski Resort with ski-in/ski-out access, this property boasts mountain views with great clubhouse amenities.
This Giant Steps Condo includes a community clubhouse (not currently open due ot Covid restrictions) that offers an indoor hot tub, a sauna, a game room, laundry facilities, and it provides complementary underground parking.
This luxe condo comes loaded with all the amenities you could possibly need for a memorable vacation. The living room features vaulted ceilings and is complete with a queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and an inviting woodburning fireplace. Step outside the living room onto the balcony to enjoy mountain views.
The new kitchen is fully equipped and includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry.
Cozy up to eat at the dining nook which seats 8 or use it to play board games. Additional counter seating can be found at the 4-person kitchen island.
The beautiful master bedroom is complete with a king bed and has a private bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall.
The upstairs loft is a perfect place for a family movie around the large flat-screen TV and has a pull-out queen sofa sectional plus a twin bunk-bed with a trundle.
The upstairs has a loft area private room that sports a camping theme and is great for kids or teens. It provides 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv, video games, bean bag, picnic table and toys. There is also a third bathroom upstairs.
This condo is just a few blocks to dining and shops. Right up the mountain is great hiking, biking, atv trails, tubing and ski runs.
In the summer, across the street, you can kayak or fish on Brian Head pond. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the park pavilion while the kids play at the playground. Take the chair lift up to go mountain biking or hiking. The kids can zip line, bungee trampoline, rock climb, tube and do archery. In the evening, roast s’mores at the firepits or drive 3 minutes up to Cedar Breaks to watch the sunset or star gaze.
In the winter, the kids in your group can spend the day at ski school or go tubing right next door at Giant Steps. The adults can snowboard or snow ski—or just relax in the condo by the fireplace with a book.
