"We would like to welcome you to this Deschutes River View Condo located in the beautiful community of Eagle Crest, a 5-Star Resort. This uniquely positioned condo is located on a dead-end street giving you additional privacy and avoiding through traffic.
When entering the condo, you will be greeted by an open space with plenty of natural light, room for the whole family to warm up by the gas fireplace, watch your favorite show or movie, or move out on to the private deck where you can relax in the private hot tub or grill up a tasty meal, while enjoying the view of the Deschutes River.
The view to the East offers great sunrises over the distant horizon and nearby river. The view sweeps fully from the East to the Southwest for full-day year-round sun. The view offers unobstructed vistas of the river, ancient junipers, and natural high desert landscapes.
While enjoying time outside you will have access to a private and secluded side yard giving plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to lounge in the sun or shade. The trailhead leading to The Deschutes River Trail is only steps away. You can walk for miles along the river shore to bask in the beauty that is Central Oregon.
Bedroom and Bathroom arrangements:
Downstairs to the right of the entry way you will find the full bathroom followed by the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, and the third bedroom with a queen bed.
Upstairs you will have the benefit of a master suite with a second private balcony overlooking the Deschutes River, a king bed, and ensuite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
While staying at this 5-Star Eagle Crest Resort Condo, you will have access to additional community amenities, including; indoor and outdoor swimming pools and basketball courts, three golf courses, putting course, and three sports centers. Your complimentary Express Passes give you discounted golf greens fees.
