Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom duplex, nestled in the picturesque town of Fraser. We’re delighted to welcome you to our cozy alpine haven. Perfectly positioned along The Lift shuttle route to Winter Park Resort. It’s the ideal spot for a convenient and enjoyable mountain getaway.
Step inside and feel at home in our inviting townhome. The main floor features an open concept living space. You will find the primary bedroom on the main floor, offering you a comfortable and private retreat. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, providing plenty of space and flexibility for your group.
Sleeping arrangements are designed with your comfort in mind. The main floor king suite is a cozy haven, while downstairs, the bunk room has one twin-over-twin bunk and one queen bed with an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed and its own bathroom.
One of our favorite features is the private hot tub. After a day of adventure, it’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the stunning scenery of the Lakota Neighborhood. On the deck, you’ll find a gas grill and an outdoor dining table—ideal for outdoor gatherings and al fresco dining with your loved ones.
You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a private full-sized washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed kitchen that’s ready for your culinary creations. For added convenience, there’s a half bath off the dining room on the main floor.
