Enjoy this sun-filled, quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious, corner unit that was fully remodeled in 2022 with all new furnishings and a luxury kitchen. Located right on the Sierra Star Golf Course within the Solstice community, with access to the walking town paths or a short shuttle to Eagle Lodge or the Town trolley. The living room is equipped with a cozy living room with gas fireplace, wood flooring throughout the home, a large flatscreen TV with SONOS surround sound and an upgraded foam mattress queen sleeper sofa bed for additional comfortable sleeping. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen gives you plenty of space for family living and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen with new appliances means you can look like a pro and prepare all the meals needed. Dining area with seating for 4, which leads out on to a private deck with BBQ grill, so you can get grilling. The master bedroom features a new king bed with flatscreen TV, double closets, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure. The second bedroom features two new twin beds, flatscreen TV and access to the hall shared bath with tub/shower combo. The unit has a private stacked washer/dryer which helps extended stays to feel like home. The complex offers wireless internet, heated, underground parking (garage clearance is 7’ 6"), and year-round hot tub just steps from the back deck. With fairway views, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the golfers go by, or get out there with them! Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, and shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
