This 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is Nestled by the forest on the Sierra Star Golf Course and walking/bike path. Located in a quiet forest setting community, this split level floor plan offers plenty of space for the whole family and has been fully renovated. On the entry level are the two bedrooms, the primary featuring a King bed with en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds, a TV and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the upper level of the home, is a large dining area for 6, a private balcony as well as a private jacuzzi in covered patio to enjoy after a long day of adventuring. The living room offers a cozy wood burning stove, a couch with pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping and a large flatscreen smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has stone counters, stainless steel appliances and additional bar seating for 4. It has everything you need to prepare family meals, and a keurig coffee maker. Also on the upper level is an additional third full bathroom with walk-in shower. This premier 2 Bedroom/3 Bath unit sleeps 4 to 6 people, has WIFI, A private washer/dryer and is close to town and is just a short walk to shuttle access in winter. All Mammoth Sierra guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1200 sq. ft. with 2 outdoor parking spaces max. Guests will be provided two parking passes, motorhomes and trailers are not permitted in the outdoor parking.
