The villa will capitalise on everything that makes the area so special for those choosing to spend time on the TCI: a stunning canal-side location; generous and contemporary accommodation; outside areas to relax and unwind; and a boat dock on property, allowing guests easy access to the canals and the beautiful, alluring ocean beyond.
Moringa Villa will be the epitome of the contemporary island style, with large internal entertaining spaces, plenty of seating and areas inside and out to soak up the Leeward’s laid-back atmosphere and perfect weather conditions.
For those looking to explore the wider Leeward area, Moringa Villa’s location right on the canal means boat charters and fishing trips can be accessed straight from the private dock. Alternatively, the villa’s paddle boards and kayaks mean the canal network is there for exploring.
