Early Check-in: Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in. Late Check-in Fees: - From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00 - After 23:00 – €60.00 The area around the house is well served by public transport. Often the easiest way to get into the old town of Cascais is not by car but by bus. The bus service runs regularly throughout the day, to the center of Cascais and around the Cascais area with it’s main stop at the Cascais train station. The closest bus stop for Cascais is the M27 which is a circular bus. There is also the MO2, M03 & M05 routes which you will find in our house manual. The M15 bus will get you to Guincho. From the Cascais station (terminal) you can get a train to Lisbon in 30 minutes along the beautiful coast line, or a bus to the World Heritage Site of Sintra. If you wish to visit places further afield, please ask us about our day excursions. The M03 bus will take you to Cascaishopping where there are shops, a food court, hairdressers, technical help center etc. From Cascais there is a regular bus service to Guincho Beach, M15. You can get bus to Sintra from the Cascais terminus daily each 60 mins approx. The train service runs from 5am until 1:30am and the trains run every 20minutes approx. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
