The home is less than a mile to the private deeded beach access within Seacrest (the community offers a shuttle service to/from the private access), or just under a mile and a half to the large Inlet Beach regional access point. 30Avenue shops and restaurants are a short drive or bike ride away.  🚗 Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is permitted within the community. The home has two private parking spots.
 🕐 Check-In Policy: Please do not arrive before your scheduled check-in time unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. 🐶 Pet Policy: We accept one pet per stay, up to 65 lbs. No pets are allowed on furniture/beds, or in the community pool, showers, or bathtubs. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated. 🚫 No Smoking: The home is strictly non-smoking. Violations will result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees, with the guest responsible for any damages.
