Overlooked the bay and beach of Sa Riera in Bergur, Villa Bellalta is a wonderful property with a direct access to the sea and a stunning sea view. The spaces outside are really well organized with a partial covered terrace a grass garden a loung area with table and chairs for the dinners outside, relax areas, the BBQ and of course the infinity pool with deckchairs and a fantastic landascape on the Mediterranean sea, this is the perfect place for a refreshing bath after a sunny day. Available for all the guests the paddle boards the stairs to go down at the beach, a paddle tennis course (paddle boards are available) light als in the night. The staff will be available (with an extra costa) to show you the Sa Riera beach by boat. Moving inside directly from the large external terrace, there is the living room, with large glass windows from where to admire the outside, sofas , TV, the fireplace, a small indorr dining room and the open equipped, guest kitchen. Villa Bellalta offers two kitchens including a saperated one reserved to cook and the other for the guests. This property is developed on two levels, on the first floor the 6 bedrooms, w hich can accomodate 10 person. The Room 1 has a double bed The Suite has a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower Room 3 has a double bed Room 4, 5 and 6 have two twin beds, configurable as a double bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected without door and they share a bathroom. The guest will appreciate the airconditioning, the heating, an elevator, a covered garage are for 6 cars, the housekeeping service 2 hours per day, bath products and a couple, residing on site will take care about all the comfort to guarantee you the best holiday.
