Lulù’s House is located on the fourth floor of a quiet building, situated approximately 100 metres from the city centre of Sorrento and Corso Italia.
The strategic location makes it ideal both for those who wish to visit the village of Marina Grande, and also for those who do not want to give up centrality without being disturbed by the noise of the historic centre.
The apartment has a fantastic exposure, with wide balconies all with sea view. The house is of generous dimensions and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room with dining room and kitchenette, two complete bathrooms. The focal point is certainly the large external terrace with sea view furnished with a large table in Vietri, six chairs, two sunbeds and several loungers.
Entering the corridor we find the three bedrooms one behind the other, the bathrooms on the left side of the corridor. At the bottom there is the large living room with a 3-seater sofa, equipped wall, 50-inch smart TV.
The American kitchen, equipped with an induction hob with four burners, fridge with freezer, sink, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1: king size bed, two bedside tables, open wardrobe and access to the balcony with air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2: double bed (king size) with large wardrobe, two bedside tables, air conditioning and access to the balcony.
BEDROOM 3: single bed with second pull-out single bed with wardrobe and room air conditioning and access to the balcony.
The house has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and flat-screen TV.

All customers must provide an identity document upon arrival.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Please note that check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30.
The tourist tax amounts to €4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price.
Parking is available on-site at a cost of €30 per day.
