Just a few steps from the Royal Palace, spacious and elegant apartment equipped with every comfort and ideal for hosting 6 people, located in a building in the city centre, nearby there are all the main museum and tourist attractions of the "little Paris". Close to the Oriental Arts Museum, a stone’s throw from the Chapel of the Holy Shroud and the Cinema Museum, from Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo.

The space
Elegant apartment of approximately 120 m2 is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building NOT equipped with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). We also point out the presence of a step at the entrance.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
BEDROOM 1: equipped with a double bed, a single foldaway bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: with a double bed and a desk.
LIVING AREA: very spacious, equipped with a relaxation corner with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM 1: bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
BATHROOM 2: with shower cubicle, bidet, sink and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (2 splits in the bedrooms), a column fan in the living room, independent heating with boiler, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two balconies.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
