Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 79 °F subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $50/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77 °F or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Internal Living | Beds&Baths The villa spreads in three levels (including an attic bedroom) the villa’s interiors unfold across 100m² of thoughtfully curated space, where minimalist elegance meets warm, grounded design. Two double bedrooms offer restful sleep with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The open-plan living area flows effortlessly through stairs to a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming heart of the home, with direct access to the sun-drenched pool terrace just beyond. With accommodation for up to four guests in comfortable beds, and the option for an additional guest on the living room sofa, the villa offers effortless comfort and a sense of intimate seclusion—designed to host up to five guests in total, in complete ease and harmony.
