Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This high end luxury villa is the ideal destination for an unforgettable holiday in the South of France. The villa is divided over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a independant guest apartment at the garden level of the villa. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers the most amazing views over the garden. The ensuite bathroom is another exceptional experience with a gorgeous tub in the centre and again a luxurious space to fully relax. The villa offers several living areas but the centre of the house is the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. From all areas on the ground floor large sliding bay windows open onto the garden and pool areas. A delightful flow between the interior and outdoor living spaces. The lush Mediterranean garden offers a haven of traquility and an amazing extra large pool. The pool has a wonderful shallow end that is great for relaxing or for children to play. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Electric gates give access to the property, the villa is equipped with a security alarm and fiber optic internet. There is ample parking available within the property’s gates and 2 garages can be made available upon request. Location wise you are a short drive to the village of Mougins, 10 minutes to Cannes and the coast.
