Villa Istar is located in the village of Bale near Rovinj. This modern villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. During your stay in the villa you can enjoy the comfort and use the facilities in the garden for real relaxation. You can swim in the outdoor pool and then relax on the deck chairs by the pool. An electric grill is also available for quick and easy summer meals.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The whole area is air conditioned and there is underfloor heating, so you can adjust the temperature no matter the season. The kitchen is fully equipped and has various appliances including a toaster, kettle, and espresso machine. In the living room you can relax on the sofa by the fireplace and watch TV. The room is always full of daylight thanks to the large windows.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating. Two of the rooms have a double bed, while 1 room has 2 single beds. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, toiletries and a hairdryer, and there is an additional separate toilet in the villa. The villa also has a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The grounds of the villa cover an area of 800 m², providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The main attraction in the garden is certainly the heated swimming pool of 40 m², next to which there is a relaxation area with sun loungers. In the garden there is also a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, a dining table and an electric barbecue where you can easily prepare meals for the whole group. The villa also has a parking area for 2 vehicles.
As the village of Bale is not far from the west coast of Istria, you can use your stay in the villa to go to the sea and visit some of the smaller coastal villages. Or head to a larger city such as Rovinj or Pula, where you can explore the remains of Roman buildings. Nearby is the town of Fažana, where it is possible to organize a visit to the Brijuni National Park, where you can expect exotic animals, beaches and many fun and recreational activities for the whole family.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
