Villa Moia is located in the village of Kaštelir, in the inland area of Istria. This luxury villa offers the best of both worlds: it is surrounded by greenery, yet only a 10-minute drive from the sea. In addition to a sunny terrace where you can relax all day long, it features a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna — a true wellness experience! It is designed for 6 guests and is waiting just for you.
The villa has an area of 200 m² and stretches over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modernly designed space for relaxing and dining, while the first floor houses the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen, creating an airy, open space that is ideal for gatherings and spending time with larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a wide range of meals, and the kitchen island is perfect for serving food and drinks. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. A sauna with a shower is also located on this level.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third features two separate beds that can be joined into a double. Additionally, two of the bedrooms have access to a large shared terrace. All rooms are modern, bright, and airy.
The Villa Moia estate covers 500 m² and includes a terrace with a pool and a lawn. The terrace features a lounge and relaxation area, a sunbathing area, and a must-have wellness zone. What suits you best? A swim in the pool? Relaxing with a drink in the jacuzzi? Or perhaps the sauna? At Villa Moia, you don’t have to choose — you can treat yourself to all of it. Besides offering everything you need for a carefree holiday, Villa Moia is also the perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of Istria.
