Villa Splendida is located in the village of Montižana, not far from Poreč. This 5-bedroom villa is furnished in a rustic style, which creates a pleasant and warm atmosphere. It is surrounded by greenery and clean country air, which makes it ideal for a relaxing vacation. And it has a swimming pool. That’s another advantage. It is suitable for 10 people, will gladly host groups of young people, and even allows pets. Everyone is invited, so an unforgettable vacation is guaranteed.
The villa is 200 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace and even 2 dining areas. In a separate room there is a large corner kitchen equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare a meal. Each room has French doors leading to the outside terrace. On the ground floor, there is a rustic style of decoration, both furniture and decoration, which contributes to the beauty and uniqueness of the space. We believe that staying in a place like this will be a real pleasure, and maybe it will serve as an inspiration for decorating your own space!
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a guest toilet. 1 bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor, the other 4 are on the 1st floor. Each bedroom is specific in its own way, from the color of the walls, to the wallpaper, and the decoration. 3 have a double bed, while 2 have 2 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed. There is plenty of natural light in all the rooms thanks to the French windows, and the room on the ground floor has access to a small terrace with a sitting area - ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in peace and quiet. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.
The courtyard of the villa is a true oasis. Surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean trees, it will provide you with the vacation you’ve been dreaming of. The natural fence will ensure maximum privacy so you can swim and sunbathe without any worries. We believe that the 50 m² pool will be quite enough for swimming, and the good news is that the pool is heated, so you don’t have to give up swimming even on colder days or evenings. Next to the pool there are deck chairs for sunbathing, relaxing or reading your favorite book. In the garden there is a children’s playground and a trampoline, which will delight both young and old. In the evenings, the whole family or company can gather around the table to play board games and enjoy barbecue.
Although the villa is located in a small area, everything is close by. Water and amusement parks, coastal towns, beaches, wineries... Istria really has it all, and so does Villa Splendida. So hurry - the villa is waiting just for you.
