Villa Dani is located in the village of Vižinada, in the interior of Istria. This 6 bedroom villa has 2 apartments with separate entrances. It can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is ideal for a vacation with a group of friends or for several smaller families with children. Although the villa is surrounded by other houses, the main part - the outdoor terrace with pool - is completely fenced and faces the wooded countryside. This guarantees maximum privacy and complete relaxation in a peaceful rural setting. The interior of the villa covers 360 m² and consists of a ground floor and 2 floors. In the first apartment, located on the ground floor, you will be greeted by a living room with a large sofa and TV. A space made for those long movie nights. From the living room you enter an open space consisting of a modern kitchen with an island and a dining room with 6 chairs. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, while 1 bedroom has 2 beds for 1 person. The apartment has an exit to the terrace on the ground floor, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Arriving on the 1st floor, you will be greeted by the second apartment. There you will find a kitchen with a built-in bar and a dining room, as well as access to a large terrace with an outdoor dining table. From the dining room you enter the spacious living room, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Each room has a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and the magical Istrian landscape. On the 2nd floor of the house there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. To sum up - the villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Villa Dani is located on a beautifully maintained garden of 1000 m². There you will be greeted by a swimming pool with deck chairs and a relaxation area. And something that certainly means a lot on hot summer days - a summer kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and of course - a wood-burning grill. Next to the kitchen is a dining table where you can enjoy food and drinks or just relax with a view of the pool. When you get tired of cooking and relaxing, you can carry on in the same spirit in the indoor spa area, which has a 5-person whirlpool and an infrared sauna. Afterwards, you can return to your "responsibilities" or have fun playing darts, table football or table tennis. Children will love the playground with soccer goals and swings, so there is no risk of them getting bored. The same goes for you.
