On the ground floor you will be welcomed by an open, bright space dominated by an industrial style of decoration. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare meals, and the kitchen island can be the place where you serve them. In the extension there is a dining table with 8 seats and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa for relaxing in front of the TV. This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The room on the ground floor has access to the outdoor terrace and the rooms on the first floor have access to a common balcony. With sea view. In all rooms you will find double beds and storage space for personal belongings. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. If you want a vacation away from prying eyes, this villa is the ideal choice. It is completely fenced in and isolated from other houses, making it a real little oasis. On the outdoor terrace you will find no less than 3 relaxation areas - a sunbathing area, an alfresco dining area and an area for socializing or drinking coffee. If you want to refresh yourself, the swimming pool is at your disposal and if you are hungry, there is a grill for quick meal preparation. The area around Tar is known for its excellent olive oil, so a stay in this area will be an ideal opportunity to taste it. Only 3 kilometers from Tar, or about 10 minutes by car, are the first beaches. There are also many restaurants in the area and for those looking for adventure, you can try quad biking.
