Villa Luxury Lipa Tree can host 6 people. On 220 m², there is a living room connected to the dining room, a very modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Staying outdoors is a real experience. A covered outdoor dining area, landscaped garden, lounge area, sunbathing area and a 44 m² swimming pool and hydromassage pool are the amenities that make staying in this villa extremely relaxing.
The modern living room consists of two large, comfortable sofas and thus provides plenty of space for resting. A large smart TV allows you to watch Netflix content. In the same room there is a wooden dining table with comfortable chairs. The modern, high-gloss white kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and small kitchen appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, coffee machine, and the imposing kitchen island stole all the attention. The entire ground floor of the villa is bathed in light and offers access to the yard from the living room and the kitchen.
The bedrooms are also modernly furnished. All 3 bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a large TV. One room has an exit to the balcony where, in addition to the lounge area, there is a hydromassage pool for complete enjoyment of your stay. The en-suite bathrooms also exude luxury. A shower cabin, high-gloss cabinets, large sinks and mirrors will welcome you in the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and plenty of storage space will make your stay even more comfortable.
The idyllic exterior and meticulously arranged outdoor space for socializing will delight you at first sight. A covered outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for dining, a barbecue and a spacious lounge area by the pool will lead you to spend most of your time in the courtyard of the Luxury Lipa Tree villa. The key element is certainly the swimming pool and hydromassage pool, which can be accessed from the villa’s courtyard. Villa Luxury Lipa Tree is therefore ideal for a stay even in the colder months. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
