One bedroom on the first floor boasts its own private terrace with direct garden access, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments with Mediterranean views. All bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are furnished with understated luxury and complete toiletries.
The ground floor showcases an impressive open-plan living area featuring a comfortable lounge with seating for 7 people, a charming dining room with a wooden table for 10, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with an induction cooker, island unit, and modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. A rustic fireplace adds warmth and character to the space, whilst original 16th-century Istrian stone flooring enhances the authentic atmosphere throughout.
Climate control is expertly managed with air conditioning and a heat pump heating system, ensuring year-round comfort.
