Not far from Poreč, in the village of Kadumi, is Villa Pedena, a luxurious four-bedroom villa with a spacious terrace, swimming pool and wellness area. It has a modern exterior in earth tones and contrasting materials of stone and steel. The villa is designed for a maximum of 8 guests, making it ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The villa is 180 m² and consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a modern open plan space that exudes elegance and airiness. It consists of a high gloss kitchen with bar and bar stools, a dining room with additional seating for 8 and a living room. The living room overlooks the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. The interior is rich in industrial details that contrast with the warmth provided by the wooden elements. Each room is air-conditioned, and for colder days there is a fireplace and underfloor heating. The fluidity of the space makes it ideal for socializing and hosting.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and for maximum comfort there are 2 washbasins per bathroom, toiletries and bathrobes. The rooms have double beds and spacious wardrobes, and blackout curtains are available to ensure an undisturbed sleep.
What makes the villa so attractive is the 1,000m² garden, which offers a true wellness experience. There is a 50m² saltwater swimming pool available all year round, while the pool heating, which must be pre-announced, is available in two periods (01.05.-20.06. and 01.09.-31.10.). Next to the pool there is also a jacuzzi for max. 6 people. Relaxation does not end there, as the villa also offers indoor wellness with a Finnish sauna. After a day of relaxation and sunbathing, there is shade in the summer kitchen, which has a barbecue area ideal for light meals and evening get-togethers.
Villa Pedena is situated in a quiet location and offers panoramic views of the vineyard and olive grove. The villa welcomes groups of young people (deposit for groups of young people up to 25 years of age is €150 per person) and families with children. It is also a great starting point for trips to the city of Poreč, which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes.
