Villa Albona is located on the edge of the quiet village of Kadumi, not far from Poreč. This modern villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 people. It has a modern exterior in earth tones and contrasting materials of stone and steel. This villa will be an ideal refuge for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment, yet be close to events and larger cities.
This vacation home extends to 175 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright open space consisting of living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining table with 6 chairs. Large windows of the living room allow for continuous natural light, making the room pleasant to stay in. The room is dominated by neutral, light tones that create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The interior is rich in industrial details that contrast with the warmth provided by the wooden elements. All rooms are air conditioned and for colder days there is a fireplace and underfloor heating.
Villa Albona has 3 bedrooms situated on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. In each bathroom you will find 2 washbasins and a shower cabin, as well as toiletries, hairdryers and bathrobes. All rooms and bathrooms have the same minimalist, clean aesthetic as the rest of the villa. On the ground floor you will also find an indoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and private bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of 740 m² where you will find a saltwater pool, an outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi and 6 loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. If you are staying at the villa in the off season and would like to swim, don’t worry. There is an option to heat the pool. The villa also has a covered outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, barbecue and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a relaxation area with garden furniture, ideal for evening gatherings with a glass of good wine. Private parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles is also available.
As a guest of this villa, you will be able to use the multisport playground, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa, free of charge. Choose to play soccer, tennis, badminton, mini golf, volleyball or basketball at any time of the day. Take a break in the relaxation area, where you can refresh yourself with drinks and snacks for an additional fee.
Due to its convenient location, Villa Albona will be an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of coastal and continental Istria. There are numerous sports and entertainment facilities nearby - aqua and adrenaline parks, sports fields - and the historic center of Poreč is only a 10-minute drive away. While you are on the Istrian peninsula, be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park, and if you want to swim and sunbathe away from the crowds, visit the island of St. Nikola, which is just a 5-minute boat ride from Poreč.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
