This wonderful house is located in a strategic position in the heart of the city center at only few minutes walk from the public transportation, railway station and the main tourist attractions.
The property has 2 entrances, the main-one is directly from the condominium and the other is located at the rear of the house, a lovely private yard where you will find a swing for the youngest as well as outdoor furniture in order to enjoy fantastic al fresco meals or refreshing drinks.
Casa Milena consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (a 7th person can be accommodated on request). The whole apartment is spread over one level.
In order to reach the entrance you will need to climb about 7 steps. As soon as you enter the property you will find a wonderful living area with a large sofa, TV, dining facilities for up to 8 people and a lovely balcony that allows day lights to pass through thus illuminating the whole ambience.
The first bedroom features a double bed, large wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony, a lovely room nicely decorated with a particular attention to details.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a wonderful window overlooking the inner courtyard while the third bedroom is located along the corridor just in front of the twin bedroom, and features an en-suite bathroom with shower.
There is also a very large master bathroom that features a walk-in shower.
Casa Milena includes a well-equipped kitchen, complete of all the modern appliances in order to make fantastic home-cooked meals or just a morning breakfast.
