The home features A/C, a fully furnished modern kitchen, washer and dryer and a large spacious backyard. The master suite has a king bed while the guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The cabana has a queen bed. Each bedroom offers a flat-screen TV. This house can sleep up to 7 people. Casa Sunshine is located on a luscious, quiet street in Flamingo Park, 10 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more. The Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you’ll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead. Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
