This beautiful 3rd floor condo in The May is a welcome addition to the rental program. Guest will enjoy two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and private baths as well as an extra half-bath. The open great room combines a galley-style kitchen with center island, a dining table with seating for six and a comfortable living room with ample seating. The large balcony provides additional outdoor seating and dining and overlooks the emerging Town Center. This desirable condo is a short walk to all amenities. Parking for this condo consists of one designated space in a parking court. Guests staying in vacation rental properties enjoy personalized concierge services, exclusive access to the Caliza Pool and Restaurant, ZUMA Wellness Center and Café, advance access to purchase tickets to many of our signature events, a stunning new racquet sports venue, and private beach access. Each property includes Wifi, cable TV, YOLO coffee, kitchen supplies and 24-hour security included with the Resort Fee.
