The space
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The ranch house has all three bedrooms on one side of the house. The master, with its own private, fenced in patio, is light-filled and spacious. Adorned with a King size bed, the master has 2 large closets, and an en suite. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower.
Bedroom two has a King size bed and bedroom three has a bunk with a twin over full to sleep three. The 2nd bathroom has a single vanity and a large walk-in shower and is shared by bedroom 2 and 3, along with any other guests.
The loft space serves as another sleeping area with a comfortable sofa by day and twin sofa bed by night.
All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home via a digital keypad into the two-story great room. Enter left and you’re in the living area with a sectional that can seat up to 5. Additional seating includes a leather lounger and two side club chairs surrounding a circular coffee table. A 55” SmartTV, equipped with Roku…perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers.
The kitchen features a large granite island with microwave oven built in. Two padded stools are there for guests to entertain the chef while they’re creating their magic in this gorgeous kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless- steel appliances – a French door fridge with the freezer on the bottom and a water/ice dispenser, a 4-burner stove/over combo with a pot filler on the backsplash, along with a SS dishwasher and farmhouse sink. Open shelving and wood beams give the kitchen a warm and comfortable feel. The kitchen is open to the loft above and the adjacent dining area.
The dining area is the perfect spot to break bread with family and friends on this custom made 6’ x 8’ x 3’ thick dining table made of reclaimed and restored wood shipped in from an 1800’s building in Chicago. This contemporary, padded dining chairs and designer chandelier make for a great space to enjoy many courses and great conversation.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The dining area has French doors that lead to the side patio and another set of French doors that lead to the backyard and patio. The side patio has its own outdoor living space where the engaging conversation can continue under the stars, around the fire pit while sipping the perfect after dinner drink.
The other French doors lead to the patio and backyard area where the BBQ grill lives and the kids can play on the lush green grass. The yard also has several olive trees, herb gardens in raise galvanized planters and a very prolific persimmon tree….all for the pickings.
THE EXTRA
This home is equipped with a Level 2 Tesla Charger. No need to hunt for a charging station. Charge overnight and enjoy a full day of exploration and fun.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry detergent can be found in the laundry cupboards. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and essential spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
