THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Perched in the west hills, at the southern part of the City of Paso Robles, this 3000 sf Hilltop Ranch, with endless views to the east, north and south, feels like it’s miles away, yet is only three minutes from downtown. Located behind a gate, there is plenty of parking and privacy. It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This
The space
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The ranch house has all three bedrooms on one wing of the house all with access to the backyard and hot tub. The master en suite, is light-filled and spacious. Adorned with King size bed, the master has a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, 48” smart TV and direct access to the Spa hot tub. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities, an enormous jetted jacuzzi tub, a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower.
Bedroom two and three both have King size beds and share the 2nd bathroom. Both bedrooms also have direct access to the spa hot tub in the backyard. The 2nd bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combination.
The living room’s sofa serves as another sleeping space with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa.
Lastly, the office contains a fold-out twin sleeper…perfect for one of the kids or teens.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home via a digital keypad, through the kitchen entry. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival. The kitchen features a huge granite island with a prep sink, a 5-burner gas stove, dual ovens, a walk-in pantry, French door refrigerator and dishwasher. There’s also a 48” round table with seating for 4.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room with an over-sized sectional with seating for 6 along with a comfortable chair an ottoman and direct access to the outside patio for dining al fresco. The family room has a 65” Smart TV wired with basic cable and Roku.
A separate, formal dining room with a tray ceiling, inset lighting and comfortable seating for 8 is the perfect spot for a gourmet meal, Thanksgiving dinner or Birthday celebration.
Adjacent to the dining room is a large living room with vaulted, wood-beamed ceilings, an oversized gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with endless views to the north, east and south.
A temperature-controlled wine room, a luxurious powder room, a laundry room, and a separate office with printer are all accessible off the homes long wood-beamed hallway.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A French door off the family room leads to the patio area which contains a teak table and seating for 8. The patio is covered and protected from the sun and wind. The views to the north, east and south are endless.
Out the French doors off the kitchen is an outdoor kitchen area…complete with a large gas BBQ, small fridge and a shade-creating trellis covered with wisteria. Rose bushes around the BBQ area fill the air with a sweet bouquet of fragrance.
The pièce de resistance is the large stone rimmed hot tub. Seating for 8 or more, sit, soak and sip while enjoying the gorgeous vista.
A FEW EXTRAS
If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there is a dedicated office with high speed internet and a printer. The office also has the chair that folds out into a twin sleeper.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas (upper and lower areas). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from town there is an Albertson’s on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on on Spring Street at 20th. And Trader Joe’s is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe’s you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market.
