The 5 substantial bedrooms are perfectly poised to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (7 beds total). Every room promises a gorgeous view of the sweeping surrounds, and the master bedroom also features an ensuite and luxe walk-in robe. The ideal open plan living spaces with multiple seating options are ideal for relaxing and unwinding together – and family night is taken care of via included board games and movies on the Netflix inclusive TV. Detailed information will be sent prior to check-in. **Important Information before booking** - The large dam is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times - we advise only people capable of swimming to go in the dam or use any water equipment, including the kayaks - This is one of the few properties in the area that offer free, private off-street parking - Some baby & children’s amenities are available upon request only - We may ask for a copy of government ID for the person whose name is on the booking - Horses are welcome to be brought to the property on request only (separate paddock and covered horse shelter access) Upon booking, you are agreeing to these requirements.
