Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom OTA located in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant downtown core at 12 York Street. Our property is situated in one of the most sought-after areas of the city, with a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options right at your doorstep. Whether you’re in the mood for fine dining, a night out at the theatre, or a casual stroll along the waterfront, our location offers the perfect starting point for your adventures.
Our property is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The Union Station is just a short walk away, providing access to multiple subway lines and commuter trains, as well as buses and streetcars.
While we regret to inform our guests that the building amenities are not currently available for short term renters, we are always monitoring the situation and will update our guests accordingly if things change. In the meantime, we invite you to enjoy our cozy and well-appointed apartment, complete with all the amenities you need to feel at home during your stay.
For the safety and security of all residents, it is important to note that after a booking confirmation, the guest must fill out an electronic building registration form that will be a part of the check in info. Management receives current resident information for emergency and communication purposes. This must be done prior to moving in.
Upon arrival, a valid government ID must be presented to the concierge to check in.

About the area
The Entertainment District is home to four major-league sports teams (baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer) so if you are a sports fan, you'll always have a game to catch. You will also find theatres, performing arts centres, and plenty of cultural and family attractions. There is no shortage of great places to eat around. While the condo is an upscale building and quiet / extremely safe / residential, you can find bars / nightclubs nearby on King West.
