Set on a spacious 2,560 m² private estate surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, Villa Barotul is a true haven of peace where you can unwind and reconnect with nature.
With 260 m² of beautifully designed living space, the villa comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests. It features three spacious, fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the third offers twin beds that can be joined together upon request. The ground floor bedrooms enjoy lovely sea views, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the Adriatic each morning. An additional sofa bed on the gallery provides sleeping space for two more guests, making the villa an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.
The bright and welcoming living room with a fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere throughout the year, while the spacious dining area for eight guests and the fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for enjoyable meals together. One of the villa’s special features is its traditional Dalmatian tavern (konoba), the perfect place to prepare local specialties, gather with family and friends, and enjoy a glass of fine Croatian wine.
Outside, a beautifully landscaped garden surrounds a 48 m² heated swimming pool, offering the perfect place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine throughout the season. The entire property is enclosed by traditional stone walls, ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity. Guests have access to three private parking spaces within the estate, with additional outdoor parking available if required. Younger guests will love the spacious playground with swings and slides, providing plenty of fun while adults enjoy a well-deserved break.
