Contact us for details! ▶️Where you’ll Rest (Sleeps 7) Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, ’crabby’ details, and plenty of storage for enjoying your stay. Shares full bathroom. Bunk room: Great for the kids! Twin over Double bunk bed with Smart TV as well. Shares full bathroom. We can also provide a pack n play for your little one - just ask! ▶️The good stuff: Beach Access! There are a lot of options when in Prominence. - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance. - Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake. - Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry. - Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don’t feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike. - Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98. ▶️ALL Included with your rental - 6-passenger golf cart - 5 bikes - Beach gear! 4 beach chairs, 10 beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, kids pool and sand toys - Parking for 1 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. - Pack n Play for your little one - Proximity to it all! You’re across the street from 30A favorite, The Big Chill, you’re a bike ride or walk away to Rosemary or Alys, and you’re a quick golf cart ride to Seaside. - Full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. - Starter kit: Everything you’ll need to get started, including paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, and more. - Bathrooms: Fully stocked with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. - Community grill and dining space at Prominence Pool. Prominence neighborhood: The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. It is right in the middle of all the 30A attractions! You can get anywhere along 30A on the included golf cart. Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park you golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ’’The Big Chill’’ includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.
