Welcome to Coastal Beauty – a real treat at Prominence on 30A. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is just steps away from a zero-entry resort style pool, and minutes from the beautiful Gulf waters. Perfect home for families; the Prominence community is right across from The Big Chill – a great spot for family movie nights, music, and good eats! Large kitchen island with gas range, fun beachy details, and space for the whole family to gather while the chef works their magic! - Fuel up in the mornings with our Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee provided as well. - Dining area with seating for 6, plus 2 additional seats at the kitchen island as well. The dining nook and the bench is the coziest spot! - Starter kit for everything you’ll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. - All bathrooms come fully stocked with Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, and Lotion. - Community: Prominence is a gem! 2 Resort style pools (heated during the months of October, November, March and April), outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Contact us for details! 🔆Where you’ll sleep: - Primary bedroom: Features a King bed with an En Suite and plenty of natural light. - Guest bedroom: Twin over Full bunk bed with a Trundle as well – can sleep 5! 🔆The good stuff: Beach Access! There are a lot of options when in Prominence. - Deer Lake State Park – (3 min drive, or 15 min walk, 5 min golf cart ride) The most convenient beach access with ample parking (cars and golf carts) and only .5 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access! - Seabreeze Beach Access - A five-minute golf cart ride or eight-minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence. - Gulf Lakes Beach Access – (3 min drive, quick bike ride) You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. This one is also great to drive, drop off your gear (and kids!) and then have someone park and join you after. - Walton Dunes – (7 min drive, or quick golf cart/bike ride) An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes. Beach service is provided here from local vendors. - Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms.
