Options are endless – you can take The Timpoochee Trail all the way down 30A, or cruise into Alys for coffee and breakfast at Fonville Press, or head to Rosemary for Acai bowls or shopping and dining. It’s the best way to get around 30A!
- Private beach access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You’ll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you’d rather walk instead of ride! It’s right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 2 min walk.
- Resort Pool: You’ll have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Loungers, cabanas, and snack bar all included.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
